it's the saturnian lightstick!
it has a basic shape of a planet with a ring (that's why it's called saturnian)
and has an outline of the word "SJ" in it^^

that's not all! there are a couple of versions of this type.. (i know.. it's a lot right? --")
first, the bluish and white lightsticks,

and the last versions (of this post) is
"WITH E.L.F" version and "LOVE E.L.F" version
they say the "WITH E.L.F" version is the first season, and the other is the second season^^

most of the online shops sell the bluish-"with elf" version.. like the first one in this post^^
